Its taste is not particularly sweet and has a distinctive aroma.

Its properties are of high nutritional value, with antioxidant action, and it contains calcium, zinc, iron, and magnesium.

The uniqueness of Greek honey is mainly attributed to its organoleptic properties, which derive from the characteristic Greek flora.

Greek beekeeping primarily comes from single-crop farms at high altitudes, offering a quality that stands out compared to honeys from other countries.

Crystallization is a natural consequence of raw honey and does not affect its quality.
Decrystallization can be achieved by immersing the closed glass container in warm water (bain-marie) for a few minutes at a temperature not exceeding 45°C, to preserve the honey's nutrients.

Excellent quality.

The product should be stored in a dark, dry, and cool place.
