Complaints and returns
The goods must be checked immediately after receipt and complaints must be made within 24 hours, no later than the next working day by email (info@nrgeo.ch). Returns are accepted exclusively by arrangement within 3 working days. The goods must be sealed and in the original packaging condition. Opened and/or used goods will not be taken back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The purchase price of the product will only be refunded after prior arrangement. Shipping costs are not refundable.
