Business services/Validity

The following GTC regulate the purchase and contractual relationships between the customers and NrGeo, hereinafter referred to as nrgeo.ch  

Conclusion of contract and delivery reservation

Your order becomes binding by sending the order with the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after receipt of your order, you will receive a written copy of the order by e-mail. The offers on our homepage are available. 

If one of our suppliers does not supply us with the ordered goods despite a contractual obligation, we are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. If this should occur, we will inform you immediately that the ordered goods are not available. The purchase price already paid will be refunded. The copy of the order is not an order confirmation. In case of any ambiguities / differences, the company NrGeo can cancel orders.

Shipments

Our articles are only delivered with the Swiss Post or are delivered in individual cases directly by NrGeo (nrgeo.ch). Our online shop is designed for household quantities. NrGeo (nrgeo.ch) reserves the right to adjust the postage costs for large orders, in which case the customer will be notified in advance. When ordering, the goods will usually be shipped in the next 2-4 working days. Howeber, NrGeo (nrgeo.ch) cannot be held responsible in any way for a delayed delivery and will not make any clarifications in this regard with the Swiss Post. A credit check will be carried out, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only after receipt of the advance payment or to cancel the order after notification via e-mail. Payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. If payment is not made on time, a debt collection will be initiated.

The Swiss Post tariffs apply. The delivery is made by the post office or Vinolog.

Prices

The prices displayed at the time of the order apply, all previous prices lose their validity. Price error excepted! All prices mentioned include the current and statutory value added tax (excl. foreign deliveries).

All our offers and prices in the online shop are without obligation and intended as information, so that they do not bind us under any circumstances. Prices are subject to change.

Complaints and returns

The goods must be checked immediately after receipt and complaints must be made within 24 hours, no later than the next working day by email (info@nrgeo.ch). Returns are accepted exclusively by arrangement within 3 working days. The goods must be sealed and in the original packaging condition. Opened and/or used goods will not be taken back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The purchase price of the product will only be refunded after prior arrangement. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Payment terms

All prices in our online shop are in Swiss francs. Payment can be made via PostFinance (Postcard), credit card (Shopifypayments), American Express, prepayment or invoice that is to be paid net within 10 days (with the latter we allow ourselves to obtain a credit report from new customers and, if necessary, only to deliver against advance payment). After the purchase you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail on which you will find all the information about your order.

Reminders

In the event of an unsuccessful reminder, NrGeo can assign its claim to a debt collection service provider.

You will be charged an administrative fee of CHF 40.00.

A fee of CHF 40.00 will be charged for each reminder.

Sample shipments

The sample shipments will be charged in full. When concluding a contract (exclusively business/corporate customers) the discount of 25% will be credited to the sample shipment.

Privacy Policy

NrGeo.ch undertakes to treat your personal data confidentially and not to transfer it to third parties. The data necessary for the business processing will be stored between and, if necessary, passed on to affiliated companies as part of the order processing, exclusively for deliveries by freight forwarder or postal delivery, as well as payment processing. Data that is no longer needed will be destroyed. Personal data may only be stored beyond this time if they serve security or evidentiary purposes or for accounting purposes.

Use and disclosure of personal data and purpose limitation

This website uses Google™ Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the ordinary courts at the registered office of the seller.
